First things first!

You will all remember that before market, I promised Ruger a Wild Thing quilt of his very own. Well, upon my market return this project was the very first thing on my list and was not to be set aside for anything. He watched over my shoulder saying, "Is that for meeee?" Which of course led to a battle between Ruger and Sawyer as to whom the quilt was for...needless to say my current project is a quilt for Sawyer. :) It's been really enjoyable though, watching these two get so excited over such projects. They are growing so fast and becoming so close, it makes my heart ache just a little, because I remember how little they used to be. I love the satisfaction of completing something and knowing that we get to keep it forever and it doesn't have to be mailed out the next day. My business is fantastic, but nothing can compare to the feeling I get from using this gift for my family.

This was suppose to be his birthday present, but I just couldn't wait! I love you Rugerman!

Beautiful quilt for an adorable boy! I totally laughed about the boys fighting over it - sounds like my kids, they fight over EVERYTHING!
