Sew adorable (& I'm not talking about a bag)!

Sawyer has gained a great interest in my sewing machine and pin cushion. He loves to sit on the table and watch me sew. He knows how to lift the presser foot, push the foot pedal, and recently discovered how I thread my needle. The whole process fascinates him.

This picture would have been perfect yesterday! OH well, this is a heart Ruger made for me out of his train tracks, I couldn't resist snapping a shot. He's made leaps since he got his hearing aids. He's memorized about 15 songs, he speaks so much clearer, and he's even surpassed certain developmental skills that I wasn't even expecting. He's writing letters and drawing pictures....it's crazy to me that one issue can change their whole little life. He's loving this big new world! And he's itching to get back into preschool. Can't wait!

That is the sweetest picture of Sawyer! My one year old son loves to sit under my sewing table and play with my trash scraps. And when that bores him, he begs to sit in my lap while I sew. "Sew cute!" Jenn

That is super amazing that Ruger made a heart out of the tracks. That is super creative. Sawyer is a little doll. Just want to squeeze him he is so cute! You have two very creative bright little boys. So happy to hear that Ruger's hearing aids are opening up a whole new world for him!

Tiffany! I just found your blog from "Make it and Love it" and I swear you are the same Tiffany Jenkins I used to work with ages ago at a lovely little grocery store. When I clicked over to your blog from Ashley's I saw your picture and I thought, "Wait a minute. I'm pretty darn sure I know who she is!" I still am - and I hope I'm right cuz otherwise this comment will be uber embarrassing! Anyway, you can click over to my blog and see if you recognize me. BTW - I think your boys are adorable! The train track heart is so cute and very creative. And how fun that your littlest one is so fascinated with your sewing! Anyway - just wanted to say hi! {also, I love your bags!}
